AFTER LINING THE CHIMNEY, THE SAFETY AND FIRE-PROTECTION STANDARDS SET OUT IN THE REGULATIONS ARE MET.
We install chimneys with chemical- and heat-resistant stainless steel inserts of grade 1.4404, 1.4301, 1.4828, intended for gas boilers, oil boilers, wood and other solid fuels.
These inserts are certified and comply with the prescribed standards. Individual parts are laser-cut and plasma-welded.
CHIMNEY INSERTS ARE EXPOSED TO HIGH TEMPERATURES AND TO THE FUMES PRODUCED DURING COMBUSTION, SO WE USE EXCLUSIVELY STAINLESS STEEL INSERTS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY
Wall thickness of stainless steel pipes: 0.6 – 0.8 – 1 mm. Depending on requirements, we use stainless steel inserts of various material thicknesses.
Stainless steel inserts with a thickness of 0.6 mm are used in particular for chimneys of gas appliances. For solid-fuel boilers, inserts with a thickness of 1 mm are suitable.
Diameter of the stainless steel inserts: 120 – 140 – 160 – 180 – 200 – 220 – 240 mm. The height of the chimney also influences the choice of the right insert diameter. The rule is: the taller the chimney, the smaller the diameter.
If the chimney is lower, you need a chimney insert with a larger diameter to ensure the correct draught.
The hole for the chimney insert is milled slightly larger than the diameter of the stainless steel pipe (e.g. for a 200 mm pipe we mill the chimney diameter to 220 mm).
